1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ENOVAC (enovac.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our AI Web Studio or high-speed cloud infrastructure.
2. Subscriptions & Active Deployment Slots
ENOVAC provides cloud hosting services structured on monthly subscription tiers (Micro, Starter, Pro, Business Master, Ultimate). Deployment limits represent active concurrent live website slots hosted on the ENOVAC Edge Network. Deactivating or deleting an existing project immediately frees up a slot for a new deployment.
3. AI Engine Quotas & Token Store
Plan-allocated monthly AI quotas (including Vision AI Engine, AI Doctor, and App Compilation Services) reset automatically at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Separately purchased AI Store top-up tokens are stored in the user's permanent AI Vault and remain valid across billing cycles until consumed.
4. User Content & Code Ownership
You retain 100% intellectual property ownership over all source code, design assets, and media generated or uploaded to your ENOVAC projects. ENOVAC claims no proprietary rights or licensing over user-created applications.
5. Infrastructure Security & Prohibited Uses
You may not utilize ENOVAC hosting or compilation pipelines to deploy malicious software, phishing systems, deceptive scams, or launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks. Accounts engaging in prohibited activities will be terminated immediately without refund.
6. Partner & Affiliate Program
Verified partners earn a 20% recurring commission on paid subscription checkouts generated through their unique referral link for the referred account's first 12 consecutive billing months. Self-referrals, fraudulent sign-ups, and unsolicited spam promotion are strictly prohibited and will result in referral forfeiture and partner disqualification.
